As one of the UK’s most prestigious independent schools, Sevenoaks School has trusted Carnegie to deliver multiple projects across its campus over the years. Our partnership has included five successful projects: one in the Sports Hall, one on the sports field, and three within the maintenance yard, culminating in the construction of a purpose-built storage facility.

Our cold-rolled steel buildings are fully configurable, with flexibility in size, door layouts, cladding, roller shutters, windows, and floor levels. Each structure can be designed up to 20 metres in width or length and up to 6 metres in height, providing a highly adaptable solution to suit individual operational requirements. Because every building is precision-engineered and prefabricated off-site, installation is fast, efficient, and cost-effective.

For this project, we delivered the new storage facility with no disruption to the day-to-day operation of the maintenance yard. Working within a designated, securely partitioned area, our team managed every stage of the project, including design, drainage, foundations, concrete slab, steel frame, building supply, and installation.

This project is an excellent example of Carnegie’s ability to deliver a complete turnkey building solution in just four and a half weeks—from initial design through to final handover.
