Planning Applications
We handle all aspects of the planning application, submitting the architectural designs for approval. This includes preparing any necessary specialist reports, such as design and access, water neutrality, ecological surveys, and drainage, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Engineering and Construction
Once planning permission is granted, we move into the engineering phase, focusing on drainage, civils, and structural calculations. We then prepare for the building control application, followed by the transition into manufacturing and construction, ensuring the project progresses smoothly from approval to completion.
